Precautions for receiving packages

Precautions for Goods Receipt
1. Before signing for delivery, check whether the outer packaging of the goods is intact, whether the box seal is intact, and whether there is a significant difference in weight
2. Regardless of whether obvious damage or torn marks are found on the outer packaging, the goods must be inspected in front of the courier before signing for delivery, and a note should be made on the waybill before signing for delivery, or if there are any issues, the signature should be refused directly
3. If the package that has not been signed for in front of the delivery person is damaged or missing, please keep the outer packaging box (including the sealing tape) and provide feedback to the local post office within 2 days after signing for it (based on the delivery time on the logistics provider's website). Please also provide information such as goods invoices and physical photos to contact us to apply for compensation from the post office for you
4. The normal receipt of the goods marks the end of the entire transportation process. Our company will not be responsible for any situation that occurs after the normal receipt of the goods
5. After the package is signed for, if there are any issues, please provide feedback to customer service within 72 hours of signing for it. Overdue processing will not be accepted
Disclaimer clause
1. Fragile and vulnerable items, regardless of whether the packaging is strengthened or not, will only participate in loss claims and will not participate in damage claims
2. Dangerous goods and prohibited goods do not participate in the claim (such as compressed gas, liquefied gas, flammable liquid, acid-base corrosive goods and other national prohibited goods)
3. Losses or expenses caused by natural wear and tear, essential defects, characteristics, and market price fluctuations of the goods are not eligible for compensation
4. All or partial losses caused by natural disasters such as harsh weather, lightning, tsunami, earthquake, flood, etc. during transportation of goods
5. Due to force majeure factors such as weather and customs clearance time, goods that exceed the warranty period, warranty period, or delivery period will not be compensated
6. Due to customs reasons, you are required to cooperate with relevant operations (including but not limited to paying customs duties), but your refusal to cooperate prevents the package from being delivered within the promised time limit by the forwarding service provider. Any losses, liabilities, and consequences resulting from this will be borne by you, and the forwarding logistics provider will not be held responsible.
