Explanation on transaction review time limit

Due to the special nature of payment methods (such as PayPal/credit card payment), some transactions require further review and approval before entering the order processing process.
If your payment order has entered the review stage (order status is "under review"), but the order status has not been updated after 24 hours, it is possible that we need you to provide further information to cooperate with the review. Please check your email or internal message and provide relevant supporting documents as required. If you do not reply to us in a timely manner within 72 hours, your transaction may be cancelled and the payment will be refunded in the original way.
If your payment order has been reviewed (with an order status of "under review") but the order status has not been updated after 24 hours and you have not received any emails, please feel free to contact us for verification.
